We're a group of active athletes based all around the world, we're be sharing tips, tricks, opinions and whatever else that is deemed important for those in fitness as well as combat sports. Our biggest thing about both fitness and combat sports is you have to approach it not only with a open mind, but with a strong level of commitment. Whether you make it to the gym everyday of the month, or only attend once a week, you should be doing research and getting deeper insight into your sport. While I haven't laced up my boxing shoes in roughly 5 months, my mind is more active than ever, as I've started implementing card tricks ( for hand/ eye coordination), footwork drills when I'm running and core workouts with kettlebells. While it's not a substitute to being in the ring, it keeps you sharp and alert. When the time comes of course I'll have to knock off a slight bit of ring rust, mostly from cardio and breathing techniques, however it's not nearly as bad as if I stopped focusing on the sport altogether. As with everything else in life, 90% of it is mental, whether you desire a physique like Arnold, the movement of Lomenchenko, the speed of Usain Bolt, or the grappling like Maia, it all starts with working on your most important muscle, your brain.
